Quantico approved for Zangersheide
11 March 2019
At the spring stallion selection of Zangersheide, the three-year-old Quiran son Quantico earned his breeding license. The promising Holsteiner made a good impression both days and is from now on available for breeding at Stal Hendrix.
The athletic Quantico comes from Holsteiner damline 1916 and is therefore related to international successful horses such as Curtis (Piet Raijmakers), Contour (Stanny of Paesschen), Chika’s Way (Janne-Friederike Meyer) and the top progenitor Clearway. His dam Celin is one of three Bezirkspremie mares in a row, and granddam Stella XIII is a half-sister of the international 1.40m winner Quinar Boy (s.Quinar) of Katja van Ginkel. From this direct family also originates the international 1.45m jumper Winne or Naster (s.Karioka del Follee) of Mandy Grootegoed. Quantico’s sire is the ten-year-old Holsteiner Quiran, who is successful at international 1.45m level under the saddle of Ebba Johansson. Quantico was one of 24 three-year-olds stallions who got approved for Zangersheide this weekend.
